Job Description:
Support HR officers & manager in all HR related matters
On boarding of new comers and managing hiring documents
Coordinating appointments and meetings when needed
Involve in the recruitment process; sourcing, interviews arrangements
Produce daily reports of all HR activities
Provide administrative support for the company team
The intern will learn:
Learn about the key requirements, duties, responsibilities, and skills that should be in an HR assistant job description.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Learn to work as part of a team.
Learn how to be Detail-oriented .
learn how to schedule and confirm interviews with candidates .
Learn how to participate in organizing company events and careers days .
