Working with all company projects.
Receiving customer complaints and trying to solve the problems and forwarding them to the concerned manager.
Accepting clients requests such as Deliverable and abandonment minutes, electricity requests, discharges, bank statements, and technical modification, and selling garages)
Preparing and sending clients letters.
Coordinating with the site to deliver the units to the client.
Follow up clients’ inquires through the phone.
Follow up with the casual workers for the technical modifications.
