Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at JobsGlobal.com Group located in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruiters primary responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. They will work closely with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions meet hiring needs, and they will keep in regular contact with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and staffing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience working in the Middle East or with Middle Eastern companies is a plus
