Job Description
- Create visually stunning motion graphics for our application, including but not limited to videos, GIFs, and game assist.
- Utilize expertise in character animation to bring characters to life in engaging and dynamic ways.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that meet project objectives and enhance storytelling.
- Translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling animations, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and branding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and animation to continually improve skills and techniques.
- Work closely with our users to understand their needs and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and idea generation, offering creative insights and solutions.
- Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring efficient workflow and easy accessibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a motion graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing character animation skills and diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and feedback.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Experience with 3D animation and modeling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya) is an advantage but not required.
