Job Description
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates using a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company.
- Reporting: Prepare and present professional recruitment reports, including metrics on hiring progress, candidate feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional reports.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, especially in candidate assessment and report preparation.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
- Ethics and Confidentiality: Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
