The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, administration, and managing compensation and benefits programs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of payroll and compensation regulations in Egypt, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for team members in Egypt, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations in Egypt and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll and benefits.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as needed.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
- Support VP HR to conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
- Support in managing the annual salary review process and performance-based increment programs.
- Develop and manage the departmental budget, including forecasting expenses and tracking spending.
- Collaborate with HRBP and other departments to ensure budgetary alignment for all company events and HR related costs.
