As a member of our team, youll be expected to continuously expand your knowledge of UK employment law and Human resource regulation.
In this role, youll work within the Legal/HR department to fulfil the following responsibilities:
- Stay informed and up to date on all HR documents for the company and be able to correctly and quickly locate relevant information when required from various sources.
- Manage the HR database, ensuring knowledge of relevant high-level HR rules and regulations.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Liaise with other departments and support other functions as assigned (Legal, Finance, Operations).
- Manage our HR database, be informed of relevant high-level rules and regulations and liaise with the relevant legal representatives.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the teams agenda.
- Provide assistance to the COO/EO and senior leadership with a variety of administrative tasks that require an excellent command of the English language.
- Supervise and maintain our HR review process and timelines.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of team members, ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
- Manage and update project management software to keep the CEO/COO informed of the progress of the different workstreams within the company.
- Maintain case files on any issues that happened or any open project you work on.
- Supervise and review all Health and Safety documents and follow up with the team to ensure compliance and that records are up to date.
- Handle all open HR and Health and Safety cases and liaise with the legal/HR department.
