Job Description
- Create all the marketing content creation and copywriting for all platforms.
- Manage social media and virtual groups to enhance the companys online profile.
- Managing databases of customer information such as demographic data, purchase histories, and preferences
- Work with data to help upload lists, create groups and segments, recommend audience builds, and guide targeting for campaigns and tactics.
- Preparing regular reports on marketing activities such as campaign results.
- Managing the creation of marketing materials such as brochures or online ads that are designed to generate interest in a product or service.
- Analyzing customer data, such as usability patterns or demographics, to determine potential new markets or product lines.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and document process improvements that will increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Email marketing manager or Digital marketing specialist
- Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills
- An ability to work under tight deadlines
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
