Job Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Implement the strategic business plan that expands company customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Own recruiting objectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of medical representatives
• Identify strategic business opportunities and assumes accountability to achieve standards of excellence aligned with work unit and corporate objectives
• Reviews them regularly on quarterly basis to take corrective actions when needed
• Ensure implements sales plan for his team– tracks pushes and motivates sales team
• Build strong trading relationships with key decision makers in distribution channels ensuring the proper availability and delivery of our products
