Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center OPEN DAY at Raya CX located in Qesm 1st 6 October As a Call Center OPEN DAY you will be responsible for providing customer support and ensuring excellent communication with customers. This includes handling customer service inquiries working in contact centers and utilizing computer literacy skills to efficiently assist customers

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in contact centers
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries effectively
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
