Responsibilities:
-Manage employee records, and HR databases, and filing the hiring documents to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
-Process HR transactions, including new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and changes to employment status, in a timely and accurate manner.
-Manage inquiries regarding the employees company ID or any related data.
-Provide information and support to employees as needed.
-Scan a soft copy of any of the hiring documents.
-Manage inquiries related to missing hiring documents.
-Provide support and guidance to employees on various HR operations-related inquiries
-Generate and send any required reports.

Requirements:
-1-2 years of experience in HR operations or similar role.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Excellent with MS Excel.
-Experience in data input.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
