The ideal candidate will be adept at full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offering and onboarding, with a keen eye for identifying individuals who have the right skills and fit our unique company culture.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years in talent acquisition, with a track record of successfully filling various roles.
• Strategic Sourcing: Ability to utilize various platforms for sourcing candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Assessment Skills: Competency in assessing candidates qualifications and cultural fit through behavioural-based interviewing techniques.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing expectations and building relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
• Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with trends and best recruitment and talent acquisition practices.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
