Purpose of the Job:

A Talent Acquisition Senior Officer is responsible for Implementing and administrating the entire talent acquisition process within an organization. They work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to identify staffing needs and attract top talent to fill open positions. Their main goal is to ensure that the organization has a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet its current and future workforce requirements.

Accountabilities

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs in junior or mid-levels.
• Posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels such as online job portals, social media, networking events, etc.
• Screening resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and shortlisting candidates for further evaluation.
• Conducting interviews (in-person or virtual) to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage the interview process efficiently.
• Managing the onboarding and off-boarding process.
• Uses hiring assessment tools to assess in selection
• Building relationships with external recruitment agencies or headhunters if required.

Job requirements:

• From 3 - 5 relevant years of experience
• CBI certified
• HR Diploma is a must
• preferably Banking experience
• Excellent command of English
