Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Assistant at ACS located in Heliopolis  Cairo. As an Office Assistant  you shall be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office  coordinating meetings and appointments  overseeing office supplies and equipment  and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

The Admin Assistant plays a key role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations. This position involves handling various administrative tasks  coordinating office activities  and assisting the team to maintain efficiency and productivity.


Responsibilities

Handle phone calls  emails  and other forms of communication.

Assist with document preparation  editing  and proofreading.

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval.

Maintain and coordinate office supplies  inventory  and equipment maintenance.

Support data processing and research tasks as required.

Provide general information and assistance to clients and visitors.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Handle travel arrangements and bookings.

Help with event planning and coordination.

Assist with office logistics and handle courier services.

Liaise with internal teams and external contacts and vendors professionally.

Support documentation for various projects and programs.

Perform other administrative tasks as directed by management.


Job Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

0-2 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in computer software applications for document preparation and editing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
