Job Description

Intertrade Co., the largest producer of PVC gaskets in Egypt, is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B recruitment, particularly in the manufacturing industry, and be highly skilled in using job platforms such as LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, and Forasna. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for connecting with potential candidates.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna, and others to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires have the resources and information they need to succeed.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed of their application status.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Promote Intertrade Co. as an employer of choice through active engagement on social media and job platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the companys employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities to HR management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna, and others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Residing in 10th of Ramadan City or near.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B recruitment.
  • Familiarity with HR software.
  • Active and visible presence on recruitment platforms and social media.
