Responsibilities & Duties: 

• Acting on behalf of Remuneration Lead in his absence.
• Responsible of the procedures for social insurance for all staff.
• Responsible of the procedures for medical insurance for all staff.
• Preparation monthly payroll.
• Preparation monthly overtime shifts and visits.
• Coordination of social activities.
• To maintain confidentiality by:
  - Considering conservation of information and documents in a secrecy.
  - Follow the hospitals policy with regard to confidentiality.
