We are currently hiring Receptionist /Admin Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling all administrative support activities (answering phones, greeting customers, checking emails, reservations etc.,……..).
- Schedule appointments & meetings.
- Ensure that filing systems are maintained and up to date.
- Handling all the services & maintenance contracts and Company utilities.
- Assist the personnel department in Filling documents
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Responsibility and accountability in living company values and driving sustainable solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors (BS/BA) degree required
- 1+ Years of experience in administration
- Very Good command of English Language (Witten & Spoken).
- Good looking & Presentable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skill
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
