Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Update database of CVs.
- Assist with the hiring process for newcomers; hiring documents, contract signature, record info on SAP and communicate with all concerned parties; medical team, payroll…etc.
- Issue received HR letters requests for colleagues.
- Assist in the change of status cycle and signatures and update employees data on SAP accordingly in coordination with HRIS and OD departments.
- Ensure contract renewals are done on time.
- Assist the termination process for, documents, record info on SAP and communicate with all concerned parties; medical team, payroll…etc.
- Receive all employees complaints and/or inquires and solve or escalate to HR Manager/CHRO.
- Support subsidiaries HR Manager with HR technical support.
- Ensure that all employees have a copy of updated JDs and keep another in each employees file.
- Prepare and submit all needed reports to Manager and CHRO.
- File and Keep all documents.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier work flow, within the main frame of the jobs specialty.
Educational background and previous experience:
Suitable bachelors degree.
From 1-3 years of experience in HR field
