Job Responsibility
From Day 1, you will be accountable for being responsible for your own projects, working with teams to generate new ideas and implementing changes; as well as be accountable for results. - Manage Employee relations regarding pay, benefits, and overtime
- Site Services to ensure facilities are maintained, enhanced, and conducive to employee wellbeing and productivity. Gather employee insight to continuously improve workplace experience.
- Labor & Services handling budget, KPIs, qualifications and Contracts.
- Talents Hiring and development
- Coordinate sitewide initiatives such as new hire onboarding, organizational events, and more.
- Ensure site operations are compliant with employee relations policies, safety and security requirements, digital information security, and PVPs.
- External Relations and managing site security
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience managing benefits, services and employee relations
- People oriented and results driven.
- Knowledge of HR systems.
- Strong organizing and analytical thinking;
- Excellent Speaking & Writing English.
