Job Description

• Receiving disbursement requests and working on disbursing existing items, numbering and registering them.
• Arrange the items in the warehouses in good order and number them for easy access.
• Receiving the goods received from the purchasing representative and checking their number, quality, and specifications.
• Supervising workers during the processes of adding stocks, arranging and organizing them correctly in accordance with instructions.
• Full responsibility for item movements, including export, import, number, arrangement, numbering, etc.
• Record incoming, outgoing, and references via computer software.
• Conducting technical inspections and following them up.
• Work on following up on stagnant and damaged items and items whose arrival is delayed.
• Receiving invoices, registering them, and sending them to purchases.
