Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in building a talented and driven team by supporting the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Oversee and streamline the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and are set up for success.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in managing payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
- Facilitate internal communications and support team-building activities that foster collaboration and innovation.
Administrative & Office Management:
- Ensure the office operates efficiently by managing supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.
- Handle scheduling, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for the team.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as the main point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors, keeping everyone connected and informed.
Personal Assistance to Management:
- Work closely with senior management to help organize office tasks and manage projects.
- Assist in ensuring timelines and key deliverables are met as we grow the MeetusAR project.
- Provide additional administrative support as required to keep the office and team aligned with our goals.
