Job Description

  • Onboarding Support: Prepare new hire paperwork set up employee files  and coordinate orientation.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Post job ads  screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Training Coordination: Schedule training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support for employee inquiries and engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR policies align with legal requirements and assist with compliance audits.
  • General Admin Support: Manage calendars organize meetings  and handle HR correspondence.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in an HR role internship or student Activities. 

Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel  PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
