Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field,
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail or customer-focused industry,
- Strong understanding of HR principles, including payroll & personnel affairs, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations,
- Familiarity with labor, insurance and income tax laws,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with a specific focus on Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with store employees at all levels,
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Native Arabic Language,
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality,
- Very high numerical and cognitive abilities.
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Assist in the recruitment process for store-level positions (e.g., sales associates, store managers),
- Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms,
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews for selected candidates,
- Participate in interviews and provide feedback to the HR manager and hiring teams.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently across retail locations,
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the retail industry,
- Support HR management in auditing and reviewing policies to ensure relevance and compliance with industry standards.
Payroll & Personnel Affairs:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in ERP system and Master data sheets,
- Assist in payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records for head office and store employees,
- Prepare various recurring or by demand HR reports,
- Track employees absences (consecutive / inconsecutive) and take necessary actions according to law,
- Follow up contract management process and act upon renewal, dismissal decisions.
- Manage & update employees filling and archiving,
- Controlling and tracking the legal official letters to be sent in a timely and punctual manner,
- Support in fulfilling employees requests through HR service desk platform.
HR Projects:
Contribute to HR projects such as talent development, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and organizational change efforts,Participate in store visits to gather feedback and provide support to on-ground retail teams.Apply Now
