We are looking for a Senior Design Specialist (PMD - Performance and Management Development) to bring their expertise and passion to our dynamic team!
Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in developing EBIs annual training plan.
-Prepare Training Proposals for contractual programs/certificates.
-Recommend instructors and develop new courses and learning materials.
-Review and revise existing courses.
-Manage the upload of training materials on the EBI Platform.
-Coordinate with Corporate Communications for program announcements.
-Liaise with the RM team to fulfill client requests.
Skills and Knowledge:
-Bachelors degree in business administration/education.
-3 years experience in training, preferably in leadership.
-Excellent English communication skills.
-Strong teamwork and analytical thinking.
