•Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine"
• Implementation of the guidance program + follow-up with the initial training plan for new staff.
• Provide reports with the general human resource activities.
• Participate in all regular HR events.
• Recruitment through recruitment channels (Forasna, Wuzzuf, Linkedin, Employment Groups…).
• Training plans for staff and employees.
• Responsible for salaries" payroll" .
• Responsible for OD at the company.
• The company provides training for the new HR employee.
• Working hours : 8 hours, from 9 am to 5 pm, within hour rest.
