DUC Company provides Training courses, HR Recruitment, Payroll & Outsourcing Services, and organizes Job Fairs since 2018. They recruit for multinational companies in the Telecommunication industry like Concentrix, Vodafone, and others.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Support Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
