Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring Customer service & Sales agents to understand specific requirements and define ideal candidate profiles for open positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source a high volume of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and professional databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
- Shortlist and schedule qualified candidates for interviews
- Manage the recruitment process efficiently, ensuring timely communication with all candidates.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment within a high-volume hiring environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling multiple open positions within tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
- Adept at sourcing candidates through various online and offline channels.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
