Key Performance Areas:
- Executing social media strategies, creating and publishing content to a variety of platforms in Arabic (Saudi) language, and interacting with their communities and audiences, responsible to measure results by tracking metrics and insights on each platform.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Building and executing social media strategies, through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Generating and publishing daily content, optimizing company pages on various platforms, moderating user-generated content, analyzing social data, and collaborating with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions.
- Possess expertise in social media marketing, strong consulting and communication skills, and knowledge of e-commerce and online marketing.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Core Competency Framework:
Knowledge
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or relative certificate.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional, field marketing, trade marketing and market research methods.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Applicable knowledge in marketing data analytics and tools
Job Requirements
Skills
- 2-3 years of proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Hands-on experience with marketing software, working effectively within Google suite is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic Saudi and English (written and spoken), excellent communication skills.
