Job Description

  • Assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programs for employees.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management processes.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support HR initiatives that align with client goals, ensuring adherence to HR best practices.
  • Draft, edit, and review HR-related documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and follow up on tasks to ensure timely execution of plans.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Assist in data entry, tracking, and analysis to support business goals.
  • Act as a point of contact for administrative inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, particularly in Learning and Development and Performance Management.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with various digital tools and platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of following up and executing plans with minimal supervision.
  • Working with teams/clients in the USA is a plus.
