Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee relations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience in creating KPIs and managing performance evaluation systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration.
  • Previous experience in employee engagement and retention strategies is a plus.

Job Requirements

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Handle employee relations by resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related topics such as leave policies, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, resolving issues as needed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies and procedures.
  • Promote HR programs to create a conflict-free and efficient workplace environment.
  • Develop and implement KPIs for each department to support performance evaluation.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and guide managers in delivering constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage HR systems.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
