Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee relations.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in creating KPIs and managing performance evaluation systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration.
- Previous experience in employee engagement and retention strategies is a plus.
Job Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Handle employee relations by resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related topics such as leave policies, compensation, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, resolving issues as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies and procedures.
- Promote HR programs to create a conflict-free and efficient workplace environment.
- Develop and implement KPIs for each department to support performance evaluation.
- Facilitate performance reviews and guide managers in delivering constructive feedback.
