About the job

1.  Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
related to computer systems software and hardware.

2.  Installs configures and upgrades computer hardware software systems
networks printers and scanners.

3.  Monitoring maintaining computer systems and networks fixing any network
problems.

4.  Provides end-user hardware and software troubleshooting and support.

5.  Setting up accounts for new users to operate efficiently.

6.  Repairing and replacing equipment according to the needs and approvals.

Requirements :

·      
Bachelor of Computer and
Information Engineering.

·      
Fluent English is a must.

·      
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
