Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Sales Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The individual in this role will oversee managing project sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring effective communication to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include identifying leads, delivering tailored solutions, preparing and following up on sales offers, and supporting the implementation of flooring projects. The role requires effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Sales and general Sales with a strong ability to drive results
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain and develop client relationships
• Experience in Sales Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of sales activities
• Proficiency in negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in flooring, construction, or interior design industries is an advantage
