We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Health & Safety Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment to minimize risks and workplace accidents.

Job Requirements

• Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor employees’ and contractors’ compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
• Develop and deliver health and safety training and awareness programs.
• Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding health and safety requirements.
• Assist in developing emergency response and evacuation plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum experience: (to be specified).
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Professional certifications such as OSHA or NEBOSH are preferred.
