Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant position located in Giza. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, handle scheduling and communication for executives, answer and direct phone calls professionally, and perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. The role also includes supporting executives with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications are a plus
