Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will handle client travel inquiries, plan and manage travel arrangements, and assist with reservations. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and managing travel logistics. Additionally, the Travel Consultant will stay updated on travel regulations, liaise with service providers, and ensure all bookings comply with client preferences.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and handling Travel Arrangements
• Customer Service excellence to provide outstanding support to clients
• Experience with managing Reservations and related booking systems
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in travel-related software and tools
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Passion for travel and a customer-oriented mindset
