Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to support business growth by identifying new leads, assisting in client acquisition, and promoting our event management services. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and generating new business leads

• Support senior team members in pitching event management & exhibitions services

• Communicate with potential clients and understand their event requirements

• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and client communications

• Help prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations

• Maintain client records and sales pipelines

• Attend networking events, meetings, and industry events when required

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, events & exhibitions (fresh graduates are welcome)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in event management and client servicing

• Basic understanding of sales processes

• Highly motivated, organized, and willing to learn
