Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a claims specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing insurance claims efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and insurance providers, maintaining detailed records, processing claim requests, and resolving inquiries related to claims. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Claims Management and Claims Handling processes
• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of Insurance operations and policies
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using claims management software is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine
• Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance or healthcare industry is advantageous
