Location: Sheraton El Matar (On-site)


This is a full-time on-site role based in Sheraton El Matar. The Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies that drive brand growth, qualified leads, and measurable sales across both B2B and B2C channels.


The role focuses on content strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization, using social media as a core driver for demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute social media strategies supporting B2B and B2C sales objectives


Plan and manage monthly content calendars focused on products, use cases, and value propositions


Create and oversee content for posts, reels, stories, and performance-driven campaigns


Generate and nurture leads for both direct consumers and business clients


Align social media campaigns with sales teams to support conversions and deal flow


Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)


Manage community engagement, inquiries, and messages with a sales-oriented approach


Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure content accuracy


Track market trends and competitor activity to propose innovative campaign ideas


Support paid social campaigns with content planning and performance insights


Qualifications


Experience in social media marketing with B2B and B2C exposure


Strong understanding of lead generation, funnels, and conversion optimization


Ability to translate products and solutions into compelling, sales-focused content


Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance


Excellent communication and copywriting skills


Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
