Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Tour Operator based in Cairo, Egypt. The Inbound Tour Operator will handle tasks such as organizing guided tours, creating itineraries, managing customer bookings and reservations, and coordinating travel arrangements. They will communicate effectively with customers and partners, ensure high-quality customer service, and contribute to the sales process by recommending travel and tourism products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and a strong understanding of Travel & Tourism
• Skills in Customer Service and the ability to provide excellent support to clients
• Proficiency in managing Reservation systems and coordinating itineraries
• Sales skills, including the ability to recommend and promote travel products and services
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and other languages is an advantage
• Familiarity with Egypt’s geography, culture, and tourist attractions is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
