This is a full-time on-site position for a Telesales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote and sell services. Daily tasks include managing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, understanding customer needs, maintaining accurate records of sales, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. The specialist will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on performance.

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure client needs are met and satisfaction levels are high.
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to actively listen and present solutions effectively.
• Experience in Sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to provide Training or guidance to new team members, as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A proactive and results-driven attitude with a high level of self-motivation.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is an asset.
