Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Portuguese speakers, based in Qesm El Sheikh Zayed. The role involves handling customer interactions professionally and effectively in Portuguese, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sharing feedback, and contributing to team goals while adhering to organizational guidelines and policies.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address customer concerns
  • Adaptability in dynamic work environments and teamwork capabilities
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard software applications
  • Experience in customer service, call center, or related fields is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred but not mandatory
