This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Retail Operations Supervisor. Responsibilities include overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and optimizing operational workflows. The individual will lead and mentor retail teams, manage schedules, monitor inventory levels, address customer inquiries, and collaborate with sales teams to achieve goals. The role requires excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Operations and the ability to oversee day-to-day retail activities effectively
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data, improve processes, and solve operational challenges
• Strong Communication skills to lead teams, convey information clearly, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Customer Service and Sales skills to engage with customers and promote positive shopping experiences
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, customer-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using relevant retail management software is a plus
