Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Section Head specializing in payroll, personnel, and organizational development. The position is located in Cairo and involves managing personnel operations, including payroll processing, employee relations, and recruitment. Responsibilities include overseeing performance appraisals, analyzing HR data to drive improvements, and developing strategies for organizational growth. The HR Section Head will also ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personnel Management and Employee Relations to maintain an effective work environment
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess data to inform decisions and optimize HR practices
