This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Delivery Area Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Area Manager will take charge of overseeing day-to-day operations within their area, ensuring efficient and timely food deliveries. They will manage drivers, coordinate routes, monitor performance metrics, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. The manager is also responsible for fostering strong vendor relationships, addressing operational challenges, and improving delivery processes.
- Experience in Food Delivery and Food Service operations
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Customer Service practices
- Basic understanding of Accounting principles and budgeting within the delivery context
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage operations effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in operational tools, logistics systems, and data-driven decision-making
- Previous management experience in the logistics or food delivery industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
