Job Description

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of children’s fashion products, including features, benefits, and current trends.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is attractive, organized, and reflective of the brand image.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash or card payments securely.
Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and participate in regular stocktaking activities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
Stay updated on new product arrivals, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the retail environment.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work full-time, under a long-term contract, and on-site at the designated location.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining store displays and inventory.
