Job Title

B2B Sales


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Promote L&D programs, corporate training solutions, and workshops to B2B clients
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales or L&D consultants
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable learning solutions
  • Prepare basic proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities on the CRM system
  • Support negotiations and assist in closing deals under supervision
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs


Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or account management
  • Exposure to training, HR services, EdTech, or consulting is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities
  • Good understanding of corporate client needs and buying cycles
  • Basic CRM knowledge is preferred
  • Very good English (spoken and written)
