Job Title
B2B Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Promote L&D programs, corporate training solutions, and workshops to B2B clients
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales or L&D consultants
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable learning solutions
- Prepare basic proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities on the CRM system
- Support negotiations and assist in closing deals under supervision
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or account management
- Exposure to training, HR services, EdTech, or consulting is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities
- Good understanding of corporate client needs and buying cycles
- Basic CRM knowledge is preferred
- Very good English (spoken and written)
