Job Description
We are looking for a performance driven Media Buyer to manage and scale both app and web conversion campaigns across multiple ad networks. The ideal candidate is highly data oriented, hands on with optimization, and works closely with the creative team to continuously improve ad creatives based on performance insights. Strong experience with attribution models and MMP tools is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage web lead generation campaigns on Snapchat, TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram, WhatsApp), X (Twitter), and Google Ads, as well as ACi, ACa campaigns on Google Ads.
- Perform daily and weekly optimization based on channel, campaign, ad set, and ad level performance, aligned with defined KPIs.
- Actively contribute to the ad creative production process, providing ideas, performance feedback, and best practices based on top spending and top performing creatives.
- Analyze advertising performance using BI dashboards and data, identify issues quickly, and propose data driven solutions.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of attribution models and rapidly adapt to the company's attribution framework for both web and app.
- Work confidently with MMPs such as Adjust.
- Execute fast and effective optimization decisions, including creative, audience, and bidding adjustments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands on media buying experience.
- Proven experience managing both web and app campaigns with a monthly budget of $100K USD or more.
- Prior experience working with MMP tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.).
- Strong ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Familiar with SKAdNetwork
- Solid understanding of GA4 (App, Web), Conversion API (CAPI); EC4L experience is a plus.
- Experience in the education industry is a plus.
- Experience running campaigns targeting GCC markets, especially Saudi Arabia, is a strong plus.
- Experience managing monthly ad spend exceeding $400K USD is a plus.
