Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in El Abasia El Qeblia. The Recruiter will play a key role in attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. Day-to-day tasks include crafting job descriptions, publishing job advertisements, sourcing candidates through various platforms, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter is also responsible for maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a seamless recruitment process while upholding company values and standards.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams and hiring managers.
Knowledge of labor laws and industry best practices in recruitment is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
