Telesales Representative (Educational Advisor)

What You'll Do

• Contact existing customers for course renewals and increase conversion rates
• Follow up regularly to understand customer needs and recommend renewal solutions
• Monitor student progress and analyze data to develop renewal strategies
• Handle inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the renewal process

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in sales, customer service, or related field
• Fresh graduates with strong sales relevant skills
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with target-driven environment and commission structure
