Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will focus on identifying customer needs and providing appropriate insurance solutions to meet their requirements. Daily tasks will include engaging with prospective clients, building long-term relationships, explaining available insurance products, and offering expert recommendations to help customers safeguard their future. Additionally, the role entails collaborating with internal teams to execute sales strategies and achieve targeted goals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Insurance Sales, Sales, and the ability to achieve business targets efficiently.
Experience in Insurance, Insurance Brokerage, and the ability to understand product offerings and market trends.
Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to build trust and foster long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
